Technical advice and service

We value relationships with each customer and strive for long-term cooperation with our clients, ensuring uninterrupted and reliable operation of AUMA equipment. Our company offers technical consultations and maintenance of AUMA electric drive equipment throughout its entire service life.

Range of services

Maintenance services are provided within the framework of warranty service (within 12 months from the date of commissioning). An extended equipment warranty (service contract) is also offered.

Commissioning and commissioning by our specialists;

Installation and control of correct assembly of equipment (if assembly is required during installation);

Monitoring the settings of equipment operating modes;

Assessing the optimal operating modes of equipment;

Elimination of abnormal operating modes of equipment;

Preparation of a conclusion on the compliance of the commissioning work carried out with the requirements of the manufacturer.
